👩‍👦‍👦 Mothers are always focused on their babies, but what if, just for a moment, you allowed yourself to see yourself from a different perspective? This workshop is a space to reconnect with yourself and discover yourself from a new angle.

🌀 Guided by Agustina Labake (@reikideviaje), we will work in a circle, exploring movements for each energy center. By mirroring the guide’s proposals, we detach from our usual identity, allowing ourselves to let go, explore, and rediscover ourselves in a more authentic and fulfilling way.
